How we keep your information safe

Our main veterinary practice management system is Covetrus Ascend, a cloud-based system used to securely manage our client, animal, clinical and practice records.

We may also use trusted providers such as veterinary laboratories, referral services, payment providers and technology services where needed to care for your animals or operate our practice. Some technology providers may store or process information outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled appropriately.

We maintain veterinary records in accordance with Queensland veterinary laws and take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold.

Keeping in touch

If you choose to receive Farm & Family Vets news, opening information, service updates or offers, we may contact you by email or other electronic means.

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Of course, we may still contact you, when necessary, about your appointments, account or your animal's care.

Your information, your choice

You can ask us to access or correct personal information we hold about you.
